RIGHT OF RETURN / DAMAGE
If you are not satisfied, we guarantee a right of return within 14 days from the date of dispatch for unused and originally packaged goods.
Pepper spray and bulletproof vests are excluded from the right of exchange and return. Once the life-saving waistcoats have left our control area, we can no longer guarantee the proper handling of the waistcoats by the receiving customer and therefore could not resell returned waistcoats.
Notifications of defects or complaints regarding incorrectly or incompletely delivered goods must also be made in writing within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
We will only accept returns if they have been sufficiently stamped. The customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment – also in cases of guarantee or repair.
In the case of unstamped returns, we demand the postage costs as well as a lump sum of EURO 20.00 from the customer.
